Please be as accurate as possible when requesting your block of rooms for 2024. This to include not only over the conference days, but especially pre-conference nights. We will compare your 2024 request to what you picked up in previous years. Requesting too many rooms can affect your preferred hotel selections and may cause a delay in getting your room request confirmed.

Depending on availability, room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The 2024 hotel choices can be found below. Please make your selections in order of preference, nothing how many rooms per night your group will require. Rooming list deadline date is September 10, 2024.
