Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability.

Housing Deadlines & Cancellation Policies

November 5, 2024

  • Room block review date to release any additional rooms being held.

November 19, 2024

  • Individual Reservations Booked Online and/or Rooming list due to Connections Housing. If rooms are not booked online and/or a rooming list is not provided by this date, rooms will be released into the general sale.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s rooms and tax penalty per reservation.

Taxes and/or Fees: 12.50% Hotel Room State Tax per night. All taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.


BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only housing company authorized by the 2025 PGA Show to provide housing services to PGA Show participants. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event.
