Exhibitors, groups, and attendees: Submit your group request to reserve your rooms together.
Group blocks receive all event discounts, plus these added benefits!
- Request your block, and we will hold rooms aside at your favorite hotels.
- Once your block is confirmed, you will receive a custom booking link to reserve directly into your block.
- Personalized group support before, during, and after the event.
- Access your Planner Portal anytime to track your group’s progress, make changes, and see who still needs a room.
- Busy planning everything else? Send us your room list, and we will handle the rest!
Event Security Fee:
- At booking, all reservations will be charged a non-refundable $8.00 fee for enhanced security and risk mitigation measures implemented during the event.
Hotel cancellation policy:
- Reservations canceled on, or after 2/2/2026, will be charged a $45 cancellation fee.
- Reservations canceled on, or after 3/2/2026, will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
- This is in addition to individual hotel policies.
BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only housing company authorized by 2026 Indian Gaming Tradeshow and DigitalPlay Summit to provide housing services to event participants. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event.
