Reed Exhibitions (RX), the organizer of the 2026 PGA Show, has partnered with Connections Housing as the official housing provider for this event. By booking through Connections Housing, you'll not only unlock the best selection and rates for your stay but also help us demonstrate the positive impact the PGA Show brings to Orlando.

Through this site you can easily submit your hotel block requests for the 2026 PGA Show:

• Demo Day: January 20, 2026
• PGA Show Exhibits & Education: January 21-23, 2026

Important Housing Policies to Note:

• Housing Deadline - November 17, 2025: 
  • Individual reservations must be booked online, and/or rooming lists due to Connections Housing by this date.
  • Any unbooked rooms or unsubmitted rooming lists will be released for general sale after the deadline.

Vista Cay by Millenium

• Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee of $150 per condominium will be added to the bill at checkout. 

• $6.99 Daily Discounted Resort Fee without tax per night is included in displayed rate.

Villatel Orlando Resort, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy

• Two Bedroom & Three Bedroom Apartments Daily Resort Fee $45 per night plus tax (rate is subject to change without notice) is not included in room rate.
• Four Bedroom Villa & Five Bedroom Villa Daily Resort Fee $50 per night plus tax (rate is subject to change without notice) is not included in room rate.
• Four Bedroom Villa One Time Cleaning Fee $370 plus tax (rate is subject to change without notice) is not included in room rate.
• Five Bedroom Villa One Time Cleaning Fee $440 plus tax (rate is subject to change without notice) is not included in room rate.

After that, you'll have the opportunity to specify the number of rooms you need on a night-by-night basis and choose from the available hotels for this event.
