Housing Block Request Form

Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability. Please review hotel choices below and select in order of preference which hotels you would like for your group and how many rooms per night you require.

BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only housing company authorized by 2027 SREB Making Schools Work to provide housing services to SREB-MSW participants. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event. Should you happen to receive communication from any outside company, please forward their contact information to Connections Housing via email at srebhstw@connectionshousing.com.

The hotel reserves the right to charge one night's room plus tax prior to arrival. The remaining nights' charges are collected at check-in.
If the credit card provided is not valid and chargeable in the amount of one night’s room and tax per each room reserved, the reservation(s) may be cancelled.
Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night’s room and tax penalty per reservation.

If you do not wish for your card to be charged, guests must modify their reservations after booking.
