Housing Block Request Form

THIS FORM IS FOR 10 or MORE ROOMS EACH NIGHT ONLY

Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability. Please review hotel choices below and select in order of preference which hotels you would like for your group and how many rooms per night you require.

The Westgate Las Vegas Hotel is the headquarter hotel.

The rooming list deadline date to provide individual names for each room is no later than Thursday, October 8, 2026.

You will obtain your hotel block confirmation within 3 business days from the date of submission.

The Westgate Las Vegas Hotel will charge a one-night's room & tax deposit per reservation on or after 11.12.26.

Hilton Grand Vacations Club on Paradise will charge a one-night's room & tax deposit per reservation on or after 11.17.26.

A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to any room reservations cancelled on or after October 27, 2026. This fee is assessed by the event housing organizer and is separate from, and in addition to, any cancellation penalties or charges imposed directly by the hotel.

BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only housing company authorized by 2026 Irrigation Show and Education Week to provide housing services to 2026 Irrigation Show and Education Week participants. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event. Should you happen to receive communication from any outside company, please forward their contact information to Connections Housing via email at irrigation@connectionshousing.com.
