Room Block Request Form

Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability.

BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only housing company authorized by Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo C2E2 - 2023 to provide housing services to Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo C2E2 - 2023 attendees. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event. Should you happen to receive communication from any outside company, please forward their contact information to Connections Housing via email at C2E2@connectionshousing.com.

GROUP HOUSING TERMS & DEADLINES:

Reservation(s) must be guaranteed with a credit card in the amount equaling a deposit of one night’s room & tax for each room reserved. The credit card used to hold room(s) must be valid through May 2023. Please note, nothing will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

ROOMING LIST DEADLINE: Wednesday February 15, 2023. We will need the individual names, bed type requests and arrival/departure dates for each room in your hotel block by this date. After this date, any room that is not assigned a name will be released back into general inventory for others to book.

DEPOSIT POLICY: Your hotel will be charging a one night’s room & tax deposit per room to the card on file on, or after, Monday March 6, 2023. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your room expense.
