Clean Show 2025 hotels offer premium amenities, discounted rates, and the best networking opportunities. By staying within Clean Show 2025 room block you assist Clean Show 2025 in effectively controlling exhibition, attrition, and penalty fees, all which directly benefit you and Clean Show 2025.
The following Exhibitor Hosted Block Policies & Guidelines are established to maximize our use of the Conference hotel block, minimize potential attrition risk, and provide opportunity for each exhibiting company to secure desired accommodations. We appreciate your acceptance of the policies and look forward to a very successful event in Atlanta. Thank you for your partnership.
HOW IS HOUSING ASSIGNED?
Exhibitor Housing requests will be accepted electronically.
Confirmation of hosted block assignments for requests received after the specified due date will be confirmed within two weeks of receipt of the online Exhibitor Hosted Block form.
Within the official Clean Show 2025 block in Orlando, guestrooms have been reserved for exhibitors at each official designated Clean Show 2025 hotel. All exhibitor reservations must be made within the Clean Show 2025 block through the designated official Clean Show 2025 housing company.
Any exhibitor reservations made outside of the Clean Show 2025 Block are subject to cancellation. In order to secure a block of rooms for your company, you will proceed to the online Exhibitor Hosted Block / Affiliate Event Policies & Guidelines site, completing your request.
BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only housing company authorized by Clean Show 2025 to provide housing services to Clean Show 2025 participants. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event. Should you happen to receive communication from any outside company, please forward their contact information to Connections Housing via email at CleanShow@connectionshousing.com.
WHO IS CONNECTIONS HOUSING?
Connections Housing will serve as the only official Clean Show 2025 Housing Bureau. The Connections Housing Team is dedicated exclusively to Clean Show 2025 exhibitors. Any inquiries, changes or cancellations that may arise during the year regarding hotel reservations, or previously submitted rooming lists, should be directed to the Connections Housing Team at cleanshow@connectionshousing.com, or by calling 702-675-6584. Clean Show 2025 is not responsible for hotels or rates offered by travel agents or other third-party organizations who say they are speaking on behalf of Clean Show 2025. To avoid potential problems with your reservation, please confirm your hotel accommodation within the Official Clean Show 2025 hotel block by completing the online Hosted Block Form.
