Housing Block Request Form

Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability. Please review hotel choices below and select in order of preference which hotels you would like for your group and how many rooms per night you require.

BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only housing company authorized by Display Week to provide housing services to EVENT participants. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event. Should you happen to receive communication from any outside company, please forward their contact information to Connections Housing via email at displayweek@connectionshousing.com.

Sub- block Attrition Policy:

A credit card must be provided via phone to Connections Housing to be saved on file to secure the guaranteed block. Please call Chyanne Smith at 702.476.6976 x4237 (Monday- Friday, 6AM- 3PM PST).

The GROUP may release up to 20% of their total guaranteed room nights without penalty on or before March 18, 2027, provided that written notice of such reduction is received. After this date, the GROUP is committed to the guaranteed room block. If actual room usage (excluding no shows and cancellations) falls below the guaranteed amount, the GROUP agrees to pay SID for the unused rooms, to the extent those rooms cannot be resold.
