Artists, Vendors, Exhibitors, and Friend Groups: Submit your group request to reserve your rooms together.

Group blocks receive all event discounts, plus these added benefits!

Request your block, and we will hold rooms aside at your favorite hotel.
No deposit due at booking, no contracts to sign, and no minimum room requirements.
Once your block is confirmed, you will receive a custom booking link to reserve directly into your block.
Personalized group support before, during, and after the event.
Access your Planner Portal anytime to track your group’s progress, make changes, and see who still needs a room.

BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only housing company authorized by ECCC 2026 to provide housing services to event participants. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event.
