Housing Block Request Form

Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability. Please review hotel choices below and select in order of preference which hotels you would like for your group and how many rooms per night you require.

Please submit rooming list by Wednesday September 16th, 2026.
After Thursday October 1st, please note that our booking system will be shutdown to transfer reservation data to the hotel until Monday October 5th, so email FunctionalFabricFair@connectionshousing.com for any changes or cancellations.
After Monday Oct 5th, CH team will connect you with the hotel contact so you can send changes or cancellation to the hotel directly.
You will receive a confirmation room list from the CH contact, which you can review for accuracy. Please submit any corrections or changes to the hotel directly.
Please note that you must submit cancellations 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid cancellation penalty of one-night room and tax. No-show charge will be a penalty of one-night room and tax as well.
You must provide a credit card for guarantee purposes. You'll be given details for collecting method of payment. Please DO NOT include credit card details on this form. The credit card used to hold rooms must have an expiration date of November 2026 or later.
For room payment, you will receive hotel credit card link to submit payment to cover room and tax for all the rooms. For individual billing, guest may provide payment during hotel check-in.

BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only housing company authorized by Functional Fabric Fair Fall 2026 to provide housing services to Functional Fabric Fair participants. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event. Should you happen to receive communication from any outside company, please forward their contact information to Connections Housing via email at FunctionalFabricFair@connectionshousing.com.
