Housing Block Request Form

This form is provided for your convenience in making group housing reservation requests for Global Gaming Expo - G2E 2024. As it may not be possible to confirm everyone’s first choice, the following guidelines will apply:

All room blocks will be on a request basis and confirmed first come, first serve.
Hotels will be assigned based on availability. Every effort will be made to accommodate all requests.
You will receive an email with detailed instructions regarding the assignment of rooms within your sub-block.
You will be given instructions for collecting method of payment. Please DO NOT include credit card details through email.
A rooming list must be submitted by the deadline provided within your Room Block Confirmation.

GROUP HOUSING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Reservation(s) must be guaranteed with a credit card in the amount equaling a deposit of one night’s room plus tax for each room reserved. The credit card used to hold room(s) must have an expiration date of November 2024 or later.

Group will submit a rooming list to Connections Housing by AUGUST 6th, 2024. Any rooms that have not been individually assigned and guaranteed will be released on or after the deadline date, with or without notice.
