Housing Block Request Form
Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability. Please review hotel choices below and select in order of preference which hotels you would like for your group and how many rooms per night you require. If you would like to review the daily rates for each hotel, please click here.
NOTE FOR TREASURE ISLAND EARLY BIRD RATE: If you select this option, your room list will be due no later than Wed, June 24, 2026 to qualify for the special rate. Changes can still be made after this date, however any additional rooms or nights would be at a higher rate, based on availability. All other hotels have a due date of Wed, August 5.
In the comments section at the bottom of this page, please advise what booking and payment process you intend to use for your guestroom block:
- Attendees book through a link on their own & will pay all charges with their own credit card
- Group contact will provide a room list & company will pay room & tax with one credit card
- Group contact will provide a room list & company will guarantee the reservations with one credit card until guest arrives and provides their own card for payment **Note** most hotels will charge the 1st night deposit to the company card on file, then the balance can be paid by the attendee at check in.
