Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability. Please review hotel choices below and select in order of preference which hotels you would like for your group and how many rooms per night you require.

BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only housing company authorized by Greater New York Dental Meeting to provide housing services to attendees and exhibitors. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event. Should you happen to receive communication from any outside company, please forward their contact information to Connections Housing via email at GNYDM@Connectionshousing.com.

Event Policies & Guidelines:

In order to avoid any cancellation fees, please make sure your reservation is cancelled on, or before, October 9th, 2024.

Reservations cancelled after this date are subject to the following penalties:

***October 9th, 2024 - Up to Arrival - $50 cancellation fee***

***This is in addition to any hotel cancellation policies and are nonrefundable***

Hotel Policy Information:

Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax penalty per reservation.

The hotel reserves the right to charge one night's room plus tax prior to arrival. The remaining nights’ charges are collected at check-in.

Hotel also reserves the right to charge an early departure fee of a one night room and tax.
